Can I start for free?
Yes. The Discovery plan is free for life, with no card. You can consult 10 enriched CBE records a month and run one complete onboarding file. The paid plans open a 14-day trial, again with no card.
Is the CBE company search really included?
Yes. From the Pro plan on, access to the 2,03M {countryAdjectivePlural} entities is unlimited: identity, addresses, UBOs, NACE, annual accounts, notices in the Belgian Official Gazette. You can also put up to 1,000 companies under monitoring to be alerted when something changes.
What is the difference between Pro and Pro + AI?
The Pro plan covers the whole AML flow: unlimited CBE, onboardings, PEP/sanctions screening, audit-ready files, monitoring of 1,000 companies, the course catalogue and an API quota. The Pro + AI plan only adds the intelligence layer: automatic document extraction, file prefilling, assisted scoring, summaries and record insights. Every other quota is identical to the Pro plan.
Is the annual price really worth it?
Paying annually gives a 20% discount over monthly: it is what most Belgian accounting firms choose. You stay free to cancel at renewal.
What happens if I go over the free plan's quotas?
Nothing is cut off abruptly. You get an alert at 80% and again at 100% of the quota. You can then wait for the monthly reset or move to a higher plan in one click, without losing your data.
Does your data really come from the official register?
Yes. We query the {registryLong} over an official connection. Records are enriched with the notices in the Belgian Official Gazette and the annual accounts published by the NBB. No data is invented or inferred without a source.
Will my clients be stored in Belgium?
Yes. The platform is hosted on Google Cloud in Belgium (europe-west1 region): the database and the documents are stored there, and backups stay in the European Union. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and travels over HTTPS/TLS. One exception: the politically exposed person search queries a Google AI model whose processing is not limited to the EU, and sends it the name, date of birth and nationality of the person being checked, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Can I bill several legal entities?
Yes. The Enterprise plan lets you manage several organizations under a single subscription (multi-org, multi-billing, separate accounting). It is what accounting networks and groups use.
