0608Training
Training is an obligation, not a good habit.
An inspector does not ask whether your team is aware, they ask who followed what and when. The training module exists so that question has a printable answer.

01Structure
A course, chapters, lessons.
A course splits into chapters, each chapter into lessons, and each lesson carries its own format. A colleague moves lesson by lesson, and progress is saved as they go rather than at the end.

02Tracking
Who followed what, and how far.
Tracking is not a dashboard for comfort: it is the document you will produce on the day of an inspection. It reads per colleague as well as per course.
Enrolments happen individually or for the whole team, from the training management screen.
Progress is saved lesson by lesson, so an interrupted path resumes where it stopped.
A quiz closes a chapter where the course provides one, and its result is part of the path.
The tracking screen shows each colleague's state without opening their account.
03Certificates
A certificate a third party can verify.
A PDF can be edited. A certificate that can only be confirmed by taking your word for it counts for little before an inspector or an institutional client.
